The power of the brushless DC pump is the product of the three powers of mechanical, volume and hydraulic power. The power of the brushless DC pump is the product of the pump power and the motor power. The main factors that form the low power of the brushless DC pump are as follows:

1. The power of the pump itself is fundamentally affected. Pumps under the same working conditions may have a power difference of more than 15%.
2. The operating conditions of the brushless DC pump are lower than the additional operating conditions of the pump, with low pump efficiency and high energy consumption.
3. The power of the motor is fundamentally unchanged in use. Therefore, choosing a high-power motor is very important.
4. The influence of mechanical power is mainly related to planning and production quality. After the pump is selected, the later management has less impact.
5. Hydraulic loss includes hydraulic conflict and partial resistance loss. After the brushless DC water pump runs for a certain period of time, it is inevitable that the surface of the impeller and guide vanes will wear out, the hydraulic loss will increase, and the hydraulic power will decrease.
6. The volume loss of the brushless DC water pump is also called leakage loss, including three leakage loss of impeller seal ring, interstage, and axial force balance organization. The level of volume power is not only related to planning and production, but also related to post-production management. After the pump runs continuously for a certain period of time, the gap increases and the volumetric power decreases due to the conflict between the components.
7. The centrifugal pump is evacuated and idling due to clogging of the filter cylinder and air intake of the pipeline.
