The reason why the bearing temperature of the brushless DC pump is too high

1. The lubricating oil does not meet the application requirements, and there may be impurities in the lubricating oil. Generally, the lubrication of bearings has a fixed lubricating oil, and other lubricating oils cannot be used. So smooth oil cannot be added wrong.

2. If the pump shaft and the motor shaft are not installed concentrically, the bearing temperature may be too high. It is also possible that the user did not install the motor during the process of purchasing the motor by himself. You only need to re-correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft.

3. The damage of the bearing or the poor quality may also affect the application. If the wear of the bearing is found to be serious, it needs to be replaced in time.
